My experiment worked Fabuloso!!! Made up a bunch of little THM (low carb) "Pizza Dough kits" in ziplocs and tossed them in freezer thawed and pressed into spray greased pan & bake 450 15 min. Top (lightly with favorite S or fat fueled toppings) & bake 15 more.
2 cups raw riced cauli (Vitamix raw water method)

Tip: I simply strained well and pressed between towels before mixing up into kits
